BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* It is our policy to try and present the true cost of our Holidays inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserves the right to pass on any increase in cost.
* Prices are based on Air Pacific Economy Class ex Christchurch.
* Valid for sales 22 Jan-23 Mar 12 and for travel commenced & completed 01 Feb-30 Nov 12 unless otherwise stated.
* Airfares are non-refundable and non transferable.
* Minimum stay 3 nights/Maximum stay 30 nights.
* Book Air Pacific Economy Class N CHC-NAN-CHC.
* Tickets must be issued within 7 days of reservation being made and no later than 23 Mar 12.
* A maximum of 3 children under 12 years per 2 full paying adults’ passengers allowed and must travel together for entire journey to be eligible for the child fare.
* Capacity limitations apply and will not be available on all services.
* Travel requiring overnight stay will be at passengers own expense.
* Prices are based on a maximum of 1 or 2 children under 12 years sharing existing bedding with 2 adults, consult your travel agent for information regarding room configurations.
* Prices are in New Zealand dollars and been based on exchange rates as at 18 Jan 12.
* Events beyond our control such as currency fluctuations and changes to the price of aviation fuel may result in prices variations.
* Travel Agent professional service fees and airline GDS fees may apply.

* A minimum of $150 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
