Everything worked! No organizational glitches. We had a ball.
We upgraded to the top level room at the Guyana resort and there was only one other person there (an Aussie girl who was delighted to have company). It is a wonderful location but overpriced given major reconstruction work going on and limited good food options. But that did not matter too much as we really enjoyed the snorkelling etc.
Thanks so much for your help. I will be recommending your company to others.

Wow, what can I say except to say its been the best 1 week tour of my life. Thanks to you for the arrangements. I don't know why we came back!! Maybe it was because too many people bought too much shopping. Plane nearly couldn't take off.
Now to the serious side. Your part in our tour was faultless. It's rare that one hasn't a problem or two, particularly when travelling with a group of 15 , but I honestly didn't have any problems.
Thanks Pam, you did a wonderful job. Lets hope we can do it again sometime.

We are back ! And what a wonderful trip we have had. All thanks to you. Can't quite imagine how it would have gone without all your expert knowledge and so helpful information. The week in Paris ensured we saw everything and walked our legs off. Hard to say what was the best part of that trip as the cycle tour in the Loire Valley was something we will never forget. Onwards to Italy and the rural villa stay was a dream. With all the bits and pieces that we we did and all the plane and train trips to get from A to B, well, lets say , you made it all happen.
Keep in mind that we want a family, with the grand children, trip ( to celebrate my important birthday so has to be round the 4th August) So 6 adults and 4 kids somewhere South Pacific. I leave it in your hands to come up with something good again.
